1. Database crossing
All of the data we receive from our customers is analysed, evaluated and checked against the records in our database, built on over 40 years of experience.
2. Volumetric analysis
This involves checking the characteristics of the container and the suitability of the air chamber.
Centesimal analysis inside the neck of the container in order to validate compliance with tolerances and that there is no ovalization.
4. Pop up test
This is a thermal test designed to prevent the stopper from popping up when exposed to high temperatures (i.e. pop-up effect).
5. leaking test - leaking stress
Static evaluation of liquid leakage using specific simulants under different temperature conditions (22°C, 25°C, 30°C, 35°C, -18°C). Dynamic evaluation of leakage when the product is being handled/or under stressful conditions (48h).
6. Climatic stress test
Behavioural analysis of the product under different climatic conditions (temperature 40°C to -10°C and humidity 70%), projected ageing with climate-controlled chamber.
7. put in - put out
Checking the suitability of the insertion/corking force (put in) and the extraction/uncorking force (put out).
